The Collegehoops.net Top 100 is the ultimate ranking of college basketball's best players.  This is the second of four quarterly editions for the 2008-09 college basketball season. The next edition will be released in March, prior to the Conference Tournaments.

Based on CollegegHoops.net's Top 100 Player Ranking, here are the Top 50 players in the NCAA Tournament as voted by CHN writers.
