PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Jerome Jordan, Tulsa

Jordan averaged 16.5 points, 8.5 rebounds, 3.5 blocks and 2.5 assists in a pair of Tulsa wins. He came off the bench in a 70-67 victory over Missouri State and scored 21 points, connecting on 7-of-8 field goals, and added nine rebounds and three blocks in just 19 minutes. Back in the starting lineup Sunday against Presbyterian, he only attempted five shots, but showed his versatility as a big man with 12 points, eight rebounds, five assists, four blocks and three steals. This is Jordan's second C-USA Player of the Week honor this season, but sixth of his career.
CO-ROOKIES OF THE WEEK
Tyreke Evans, Memphis
Freshman, G, Chester, Pa.
Evans scored 20 points, grabbed seven rebounds, and added three assists and three steals in the Tigers' road game at No. 19 Georgetown Saturday. Evans scored his 20 points despite being in foul trouble the entire game. He netted five of the Tigers' final nine points in regulation with a 3-pointer and lay-up to send the game into overtime. This is the third Rookie of the Week award for Evans this season.
Isaac Sosa, UCF
Freshman, G, Guaynabo, P.R.
Making his first career start, Sosa recorded a season-high 22 points against Florida Tech. He shot 6-of-12 from 3-point range. The six triples tied for seventh on UCF's single-game 3-pointers made register. The freshman also dished out a career-best six assists and added two steals in 31 minutes in the victory. Sosa became the first UCF freshman since the 2000-01 season to score more than 20 points in a contest. On the year, Sosa ranks second on the team in scoring at 9.8 points per game. This is his first Rookie of the Week honor.
