Aleks Maric is Big 12 Player of the Week

IRVING, Texas - A pair of Nebraska athletes - senior Aleks Maric and junior Ade Dagunduro - have been chosen as the Phillips 66 Big 12 Men’s Basketball Player and Rookie of the Week for Dec. 10-16, in voting by a panel of media covering the conference. It is the third career weekly honor for Maric and marks the first time in Big 12 history that NU has earned both accolades in the same week.

Big 12IRVING, Texas - Sophomore Damion James (Texas) and freshmen Craig Brackins (Iowa State) and James Anderson (Oklahoma State) have been chosen as the Phillips 66 Big 12 Men’s Basketball Player and Rookies of the Week for Nov. 26 - Dec. 2, in voting by a panel of media covering the conference. James and Brackins win their first conference weekly honors, while Anderson is given the rookie award for the second time this year.
