A warrior down low
despite his lack of height. Long arms and great leaping ability allows
him to score, rebound and block shots in the paint.
Strengths:
Strength chiseled physique. A man among boys in the painted area.
Blocks a tremendous amount of shots (including 10 in one game). Gets
the most out of his limited height.
Weaknesses:
Height. Is far too short to play in the NBA. Doesnt have any outside
game.
Projected 2006 Draft Range: Late second round undrafted.
Consensus:
Hicks strength and great interior defense will intrigue some
NBA teams. However, the days of 65-66 NBA post players are long
gone.
