James Gist - Maryland
His 22 point, 13 board effort helped the Terps beat #1 UNC, and for a day, put their struggles in the past
Davon Jefferson - USC
The Trojans upset #5 UCLA in Westwood thanks to 25 points and 9 rebounds from the freshman
Eric Maynor - VCU
Had arguably his best all-around game of the season with 26 points, 10 assists, and 6 boards

Matt Causey - Georgia Tech - Not known as a scorer, Causey exploded out of nowhere for 30 points off the bench
Gavin Grant - NC State - Stole the ball and then hit the game-winning basket in OT to push the Pack to win over Miami
Jack Leasure - Coastal Carolina - The senior had his best game in months, scoring 33 in a road win over High Point
