January 23rd, 2008

Three Stars of The Day

We handpick the best performances of the day, whether it be stat lines that make you drool, or clutch performances.  Either way, its our way of showing the love:

Patrick Patterson - Kentucky

Was the most consistent performer in UK's big win over Tennessee with 20 & 8

David Holston - Chicago State

The senior, whose quietly averaging 22 ppg, had 25 and 6 assists in a home win over CS Northridge

Chris Lofton - Tennessee

Despite the loss, Lofton deserves respect for breaking the SEC's All-Time 3-pointer mark (367)

Other Top Performers

Tim Anderson - Air Force - He's been inconsistent all year, but yesterday was one of the good days with 26 on 8-12 shooting

Manny Harris - Michigan - Despite a tough loss to Wisconsin, this up-and-comer set a new high with 26 points
